1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any DSWallah course or accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed after payment processing. Course access is granted to the enrolled individual only and must not be shared, redistributed, or resold. DSWallah reserves the right to revoke access for violations.

3. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other listed methods.
• Installment plans require timely payment; non-payment may result in access suspension.
• Registration fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.

4. Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, code, templates, roadmaps, and digital content are the intellectual property of DSWallah and Vaibhav Gupta. You may use them for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

6. Student Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled live sessions on time.
• Complete assignments and projects within given timelines.
• Maintain respectful conduct in community channels and live classes.
• Do not share login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals.

7. Placement Support

Placement assistance includes resume review, mock interviews, job referrals, and career guidance. DSWallah does not guarantee job placement; outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and employer requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

DSWallah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course in question.

9. Modifications

DSWallah reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
